Hello; I have been performing and teaching the Chapman Stick since 1976. In this page I will give you some ideas that I have developed over the past 20
years. Hopefully some of these will save you time on the learning curve. Note: this is not necessarily for beginners. I am going to layout various ideas that pertain to many different levels and subjects on playing the Chapman
Stick. You should have some prior experience with the Stick, and know some rudimentary music theory.Each lesson is numbered 1-6 for difficulty. 1=beginner 6=most advanced. This is just a rough estimate of the level of difficulty
